1837 TIRNOVA ( Back Story) 

The wizards of the Balkan countries give their children voluntarily to the janissary corps to avoid being oppressed by the Ottoman Empire, but the wizards gain power over time, and rebel when the Ottoman Empire begins to decline. The Sultan assigns Nikola, who is known as “The Hunter of wizards” to suppress the rebellion and hunt the janissary witches. He destroys the last witch janissary Nusret (male) and his wife Banugun. 

LOGLINE 

Nikola, who was hired by the Ottomans to hunt the janissary witches, destroys the last witch janissary Nusret(male) and his family. However, after centuries, spiritual powers bring Ferit (Nusret’s grandson), and Mine (Nikola’s granddaughter) together. 

Today, Ferit and Mine, married in love, expecting a baby, are not aware of this hostility of their ancestors, they have to deal with this past through their  newborn whose destiny is to be the Sahibikiran (Mahdi of the witches)
